HDFC Bank Smart Buy — Regarding the refund of flight ticket and poor customer care service | |||
I booked flight ticket through smartbuy (Goibibo.com) on 20 October 2015 for the journey date 15 November 2015. I made cancellation on 12 November 2015 by Goibibo.com and they sent me confirmation mail for the same and initiated the refund process. I forwarded the mail to [protected]@smartbuyoffers.co for further procedure but didn't get my money. And I am very much frustrated with the costumer care service of HDFC smartbuy.
