[Resolved]  HDFC Ergo General Insurance — Optima Restore Floater Insurance Policy

I have renewed my health insurance policy on 2:06AM[protected], with number[protected] with HDFC Ergo. It was renewed before due date.
The payment has been made and the policy document as been issued.
But I'm still not able to view my policy online and when I'm trying to use my policy, it shows I don't have any policy or the policy number is inactive.
I have raised the complaint twice through customer care call center of HDFC ERGO and I got two customer service id numbers. I have mailed twice to [protected]@hdfcergo.com with my issue explained in detail but the issue is still unresolved.

I need the policy urgently and even after payment is made and it's been four days, the policy is not active, this is unacceptable. When payment can be taken immediately why can't the policy be issued and made active with the same pace? Even if there is a technical issue why I have to follow up so many times, and despite requesting it is urgent why it is not being looked upon on priority. I'm paying for policy without fail for 2 years and when I'm in need the policy is not accessible, is this the kind of service HDFC ERGO provides for emergency cases? So I decided to raise the issue immediately with consumer court. For your reference the service request number of my customer care calls are 42539308 and[protected]. I have all the supporting documents such as policy document, payment receipt, email from HDFC ERGO issuing my policy document, SMS from HDFC ERGO saying my policy is issued. Still policy is not active on the portal and I'm not able to access it. I'm attaching all the supporting documents
