No Policy document issued for Application no :[protected]
Hi,

I had opted for click2protect policy from HDFC life 3 months ago. I paid 3 months EMI ( Thank god I haven't paid one year amount ). in the online when i filling the details. I went to medical tests also as they asked also for issuance of policy.

Till date I haven't received any policy documents. Every time I need to call customer care and dropping mails to [protected]@hdfclife. ( They do not have any dedicated phone number or proper channel to interact )

there has been no proper response, .every time they are telling we need height and weight details document and some other info which is already done during the medical examination

Though I have replied more than 10 times to the same repeated pending documents, they Haven't issued the policy.

by this experience, I can say how they will handle claims settlement in case o[censored]ntoward incident.

my suggestion would be don't take any policy with HDFC life. Please see my attached document how many mails communication happened ( I am not attaching all )

Hi Ramesh, I wish to inform you that the policy document for the aforesaid policy has already been delivered to your correspondence address via Speed Post on April 02, 2016. Please find the pod no. for same: EA585753237IN.
Incase, you are still unable to trace the policy document, kindly write your request for issuing the duplicate policy copy to [email protected] from your registered Email ID or alternatively, you may also submit the request via letter to any of the nearby HDFC Life branch as your Email ID is not registered with us in our system.

What a customer has to do if the name of his account is changed by the company ?
whether he will get his insurance claim money or not or the money will go to the hdfc life personal account, give the answer?
what if the user is not able access his account?
