[Resolved]  Healthkart — Still no refund of my money after 2 weeks of return of the product

Fraud company healthkart! I have ordered 100 capsules geanade thermo detonator..and they delivered 29 capsules my order number is HKM[protected] .a courier person came from Ecom Airway and picked up the product Grenade thermo Detonator on 10th of april and then i have shared my account number with healthkart theough email..12 days i was calling at healthkart customer care and asking for refund of my money .which is rupees 3277..they keep saying i would get that amount on tomorrow at my bank account..on 13th day when i was fighting with a customer care executive get to know that they can not give my amount at my bank they have to send a cheque..now they need another 10days to do the process.these guys are simply harrasing customer..they must shut down their business .

Fraud guys healthkart..This problem is still not been resolved..everytime healthkart guys says same things to me..have pateince and we are trying best etc .it is 9th april today..and 4 days after i complaint in healtkart..neither these guys take the packet back from me nor i receive any call from them..indeed if i call healthkart customer care they raise their voice on me..one lady call shakshi she start shouting on me where i respectly talk to her thinking she is a woman...guys do not order any health products specially supplements

I would suggest you guys to stop lying ..i was the one who was valling you guys on everyday to follow up with you guys about return of my amount rupees 3277 .you people keep telling me that i will get it within 2 days in my bank account.12 days i kept calling you guys..you people kept lying to me..just to save guard to consumer court you made one call at 15:12 pm at my cell phone on 22nd april which i missed because i was travelling ..and now after all these new issues came up from you guys that you can not refund it in my bank account..need to issue a cheque..liar..why do you harras people..now again you guys needs 10 days more to return my money..i know this is a fraud company..you people never return my amount

I have paid Rupees 3277 and after when i opened the delivery pack bottle was open and cover of the bottle was separately packed and there were only 28 capsules inside the bottle.. healthKart took 100 capsules money from me and gave me 28 capsules. complaint in healthkart already ... when i caled up healthkart they were saying vendor has done this ... we are trusting the website and name of healthkart not the vendor..it is healthkart's concern to check the vendor's genuinity and make sure of the correct delivery and quantity .. i have attached all the pics f the product.. want my money back from them asap

Healkart is not returning my money, whenever i send them email and call them i get this email in reply .mentioned below -----
This is to inform you that we have received your email. You will be contacted by our customer care service representative within 24 working hours.
We appreciate your kind patience.
But they never call me never response me, is that my fault that i am suffering like this

I have paid Rupees 3277 and after when i opened the delivery pack bottle was open and cover of the bottle was seperately packed and there were only 30 capsules inside the bottle.. healthKart took 100 capsules money from me and gave me 30 capsules. complaint in healthkart already ... when i caled up healthkart they were saying vendor has done this ... we are trusting the website and name of healthkart not the vendor..it is healthkart's concern to check the vendor's genuinity and make sure of the correct delivery and quantity .. i have attached all the pics f the product.. want my money back from them asap

Healthkart is a fraud company .I have ordered Grenade Thermo Detonator 100 capsules unflavoued on 4th April 2016, and it got delivered on 6th, April 2016 . I have paid Rupees 3277 . But there were only 29 capsules inside the bottle . I have asked healthkart customer care to pick it from my home .After lots of complaint and numerous phone calls a delivery boy came and took the bottle back on 10th April from my residence, since then there is no communication from healthkart . Whenever I call them they say I would be getting a call back from healthkart regarding this matter . Its been 10days almost and issues not resolved yet . No response no calls from healthkart. I want my money back. This is not a small amount, my invoice number RHKXPRESSO00423. Order ID-HKM[protected]. Company should have some decency to return customer's amount within 10 days . Why they blocked my money for such a long time ??

I have ordered cellucor c4 and I received my product today when I opened that I found all the powder turned into a balls like stone.so please take your product back.. I am sending some pics also
