Helios And Matheson — Bouncing of interest cheques

FD no. FBD017929. The interest cheques have bounced and the company does not respond to emails sent or phone calls. I'm surprised how CRISIL had rated them last year. The regulatory authority needs to intervene in the interests of the public. The company should not be allowed to get scot free.
