i and my family have FD, promissory notes of Helios and matheson worth Rs08-40 lacs and all interest warrants are due since August 2014 which are bouncing back unpaid. 30TH MARCH 2015 BY HELIOS & MOTHERSON AT THE TIME OF ISSUING FD. THESE CHEQUES WERE RETURNED BY OUR BANKER SAYING THE PARTY'S BANKER HAS ISSUED "INSUFFIENT FUND". Please let me know what to do in this case.
