[Resolved]  Helios And Matheson — Helios And Matheson - full and final settlement still pending

It has been more than 3 months since I left the company and I have still not got my full and final settlement amount from the Helios and Matheson. Every time I call the HR or FIN I get the same response that there is no update and they do not know when they will be able to make the payment. I have written many emails and called them up many times they are just not bothered. I have communicated with the CEO and Director of the H&M Divya who is sitting in USA but no positive, they are just money minded and they don't bother about the employees needs. Many professionals had lost their career because of this fake company.. But finally where is the solution who is going take an action on this organization, why the Indian govt still pampering these type of companies.
