Helios and Matheson FD default 20.11.2015 Dear sir, I have invested in Fixed Deposits with m/s Helios and Matheson Information Technology ltd; as noted below: TDR NO: Principal Amount Maturity Date CDB047607 RS.1, 00, 000/- 20.11.2014 The chqs of Principal amount and Interest thereon bounced with the remark, ' Payment stopped by Drawer'. The company is not responding to Registered letter and Emails fail to get delivered also there is no telephone no. to get connected. They have also closed down their Mumbai office. In spite of so many reminders & follow ups, company is not paying principal amount nor interest amount till to day.
Company stated that due to cash flow issue & change in law to company act 2013, we are not able to meet the payment schedule to investors.
Plz. be noted that Company has not paid any amount from our fixed deposit.
