My Name : Manisha Dharmendra Patel my FD with M/s Helios and Matheson IT LTD. FDR no: 1) FDB022562, 2) CDB053679. Quaterly Interest cheque(CH no. : 071492 Dtd 16/3/2015) was returned to bank with insufficient fund. I had asked company to issue a new ch or credit fund to my ac. but reply that company having liquidity problem due to RBI ACT-2013. Company not responding to issue and no communication from company. Pl. help me what I have to do. I have many ch still pending to credit, issued by company for interest and principal amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
