I am a senior citizen and have been defrauded of my Fixed deposit amount by Helios and Matheson. Many companies are defrauding fixed deposit holders. I think we should politicise this issue, because thousands are suffering. Between the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Company Law Board, not much action is being taken and few if any depositors have got their Principal deposits back, let alone the interest. It is time we used the power of our vote. We and our family members will not vote in state or national elections for this party in power if our deposits are not returned to us by the CLB. The CLB is a high court so why is it not prosecuting the directors of defaulting companies, interrogating them and getting to know the money trail of where the depositor's money has gone, freezing or liquidating the assets of the defaulting companies and personal assets of the directors to pay back the depositors. We have the power to influence elections, let's use it to get our money back.
