Helios And Matheson Information Technology — Non Receipt of Interest & principal amount of FD's

Dear Sir, This is with reference to my two FDR's ( FDR NO.FDB 010010 & FDB 030676) in the names of Jagdevi N Mangrule & Nagnath M Mangrule for Rs.40000/ & Rs.41000/ each.Out of which one FD is already matured on 25/11/2014 but not received any repayment for this.Post dated cheque for principal amount repayment had been returned by the bank citing thr reason for insufficient funds. Second FD's maturity on 28/11/2016, post dated interest cheque's for this FD also returned by bank with the same reason for insufficient funds. Tried to contact the co on phone but found none of their phones are in working condition. Sent the mail to company but no reply so far. Requesting you take up the issue seriousely.
