Helios And Matheson Information Technology — Non Repayment of Matured FD's - Bounced Cheques

I had invested in Helios & Matheson FD's on 30th April 2012 for a sum of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- as Cumulative Deposit which got matured on 30th April 2015. FDR No: CDB018671. They had given 2 cheques dated 30th April 2015 for matured principal & interest amount but unfortunately both of them got bounced. Moreover both the cheques were non-CTS (Nos: 505444 & 505445). I just lost more on bank charges.
