[Resolved]  Helios And Matheson IT Ltd — Didn't process my full & final settlement (1 Month Salary+Performance Incentive+LTA=More than Rs. 1 lac)

Let me tell one thing, kindly keep it in mind,
the plan is like this

1. They recruit a person, give false promise and deploy them in client place as contractor (note: Helios is a consultant, but says they are CMM 4 )
2. The client company and Consultancy (Helios Or any other consultancy doing this job) plans to loot money from their end users by not giving last month salary and Incentive to contract employees, this is done by the HR peoples,
2. Up to 2013 they send out their recruited employees only after 6 months, but in 2014 they are sending them within 2 months and not paying..
3. But the joke is that they a again recruiting peoples for the same client and for the same project
3. Some fools like me join and waste their time energy and money ...

I am also experiencing the same kind of issue. Thinking about proceeding legally.

I am also facing the same issues. Helios and Matheson hired me on March 2014 for Bank of America (BA Continum ) project and
they promised me to pay salary on 5th of every month, but got salary after 10th of first two month after putting my resignation email.
Before I put resignation when I checked with Bank of America project manager about this issue, he simply told we can not deal vendor salary issues. Also for contractors, no HR available to listen such issues even if we work for Bank of America. One day one of the Senior Manager was challenging me that, " I will not allow you to do any work, and I will keep on disturb you by giving abusive language, wherever you go and complaint and no body hear your voice in this bank in very open manner".
I realized that I was not in the right work environment and informed H&M to look for different project.
Till now I didn't get my Full n Final settlement and notice pay, releaving and service letter from them.

I checked with one Lawyer about this and whether I can file legal complaint about not paying salary at right time.The lawer checked my offer letter and told me that they didn't write any statement like they will pay salary every month 5th so you can't proceed with any legal action about them.

Even though I have all the email complaints/evidence with bank of america and Helios and matheson about this and I learnt that we can not proceed with any legal action because IT Employer is not comes under any Employer Act by the Government.

So in future if we planning to join any employer like that, ask them to mention salary date, notice pay in offer letter other wise it is void.

Below are my arrears pending.

4Months salary+Bonus+PF amount for 9 months

Total amount of One Lakh sixty four Thousand is pending.

Adding to it Company has not given form 16 till date and they have deducted tax every month.

Worst company to work with.

I have mailed them so many times name to HR(Vidhya) CEO(Supraja) VP(Mahesh) there is not even a single replay from them adding to it company phones are not at all answered.
