Helios And Matheson — MATURED FIXED DEPOSIT YET NOT RECEIVED

Dear sir, Myself MRS. PARUL DILIPKUMAR MEHTA with tdr no - CDBO39904 & CDBO42423 trusting on your company had invested Rs 100000 (as fixed deposits) in your company in 2013 through your agent MRS KIRAN for locking period of 1 year. As per companys maturity date, i should receive my deposit of Rs 100000 + interest of 12.5% . As per the maturity date, i put cheque of Rs 100000 + interest cheque in my bank a/c but both the cheques bounced & thereafter i inquired in the co about this matter . But they said that they are having sum problem as per the market situations .& they promised to pay my money within next 2 months. After those 2 months also helios sent me a letter in which it was written that 'we are very sorry for delaying your payment' but we promise u to pay your money with interest ason till 31stdecember 2014. Then also i kept quite. But as new year begun, i again sent n reminder to my agent MRS.KIRAN about my deposits and interests . After that my agent . MRS.KIRAN also visited co.helios & matheson office which is located in mumbai (andheri - kurla road) and called me up from office on my mobile and then i talked to one lady who handles all fixed deposits session and she again gave me the same reason and she finally requested and promised me to issue my payment with interests till feb end 2015 . Then 2 i kept mum.But now its heights ...its march now, i had called in mumbai branch of helios and matheson.nobody picks the call and when i searched on internet about co more details ..there i got shocked!!! Seeing that there it was written .."CO IS CLOSED DOWN". Its a fraud co. it itself suggests on its branch closure.its 2 years passed on, Still i havent received my money which is most important now in my lyf as my grandfather is hospitalized and i need my money anyhow now .& if i still get the same reasons /if i still not get my money back then i wud be taking strict action against your co. named helios & matheson Pls kindly issue my money back with interest if you dont want me 2 react as mentioned above
