The Interest cheques given to me in advance against my above mentioned Fixed Deposit, the cheque bounced and I was informed by Mr.Avinash Bhosle on 15/1/2015 that the Company was having short of funds issues but this should be sorted out by the end of January. He promised to send me a fresh cheque for Rs.3, 030/- definitely by first week of February 2015. Till todate, I have not received any response from Helios & Matheson. I have been given to understand that Helios & Matheson Co. in Mumbai has closed down.
I am a widow and have no other source of income. May I request the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to kindly help me to recover my fixed deposit amount of Rs.1, 00, 000/- which has been deposited with Helios & Matheson on 17/3/2013. I give below my contact details :
