Helios And Matheson — Non receival of FD and interest

SIR,
I have deposited Rs.25000.00, Now it may amount Rs. 48000.00 approx., in company -HELIOS & MATHESON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LTD.
As Detailed below.
TDR-no.CDB019471, Date of deposit-16.05.2012. (FD receipt is attached).

In spite of so many reminders & follow ups, company is not paying principal amount nor interest amount till to day.
Company stated that due to cash flow issue & change in law to company act 2013, we are not able to meet the payment schedule to investors.
Plz. be noted that Company has not paid any amount from our fixed deposit.
Kindly arrange to resolve the matter at the earliest.
