Dear sir, MY self Saroj B. Patel. I had make a fix deposit in Helios and Matheson IT Ltd. FDR No. FDB033421. on Date 19/04/2014 12 Months. My principal Amount cheque no 032043 Date 21/04/2015 was returned to Bank with insufficient fund. I had asked company to Issue new chequ but reply that company having Liquidity problem due to RBI ACT 2013 company not responding to Issue and no communication from company. plz help me what i have to do.
