Helios And Matheson — repayment of fixed deposits

We had fixed deposits no fdb014396, fdb016394 & fdb027290. The firm have stopped payments of interest on these deposit since march2015 & also had not repayment on their maturity since july 15 & july 16 i have seberal complaint to chennai office & had written to dsp-eow guindy, chennai but in vein. No information till date about repayment etc

I bought the share of this company during 2006. Now they cheated every one and gone. One of our mumbai friend hold court order to catch the Directors. Please let me know if the directors details and action taken against the fraud company
