My name is ZAKIR and recently i purchased Hero Honda Passion Pro JOB CARD NO. =21755-02RJC[protected] VIN =MBLHA10BSGHH34586 REG NUMBER = DL7SCA4750 MODEL =PASSION PRO DATE OF PURCHASE =19/09/2016 . MOBILE NO. =[protected] SERVICE CENTER ADDRESS =470 PATPARGANJ, INDUSTRIAL AREA, PATPARGANJ, NEW DELHI, 110092. After my first service my bike was not properly checked and i felt like my front wheel is tight so i complaint in the service center regarding my problem they said its fine, I again told the supervisor that there is some problem in the bearing in front wheel please check it but they didn't listen to me and they all were trying to convince me that everything is ok and there is no problem in the wheel, but i knew that there is so i forced them to open the front wheel and check the tyre once now what they did they took my bike and make me wait for 2 and a half hours for nothing i was waiting in the waiting room then as i was getting late for my office i went there to check and told them to check my bike am getting late then they checked the wheel and both bearing was tight then they did resolved the problem. i am very satisfied with the bike but very dissatisfied with the after sales service, i have one more bajaj bike and their after sales service is much more better than yours, they actually listen to the customers problem and resolve them.
