Problem desc:
My user id is 125153 and i am using this service from last 2 years
But from last 2 months speed is very slow i reported complaints 'n' number of times
And they are not able to resolve internet speed issue. Number of times they forced me to close complaint by saying this is a matter of technical team, i called their customer support team as well visit local office sec-9 panchkula (Number of times)
What i want:
Either they reduce bill from october and i will continue the service with low speed or they will give me waiver for october month and i will permanently
Close the service.
Iam posting this complaint because i had very bad experience with local office and customer care (Tech team and billing team)
