Change of Plan in broadband- No response
I am using Connect broadband connection for the last 7-8 years and the present plan DSLS 43121 since July 2008. In first week of April 2010, I responded to one of the many promotional calls from Connect and submitted written request along with all the documents demanded by the Customercare executive for change of broadband plan from UL 390 to DSL UL 590, to the Connect office in sector 35-C Chandigarh. After checking the documents the lady executive told me that needful would be done in 2-3 days time. It is more than three weeks since then but nothing has been done. I have made some two dozen calls to customercare no 5050505 and every time I get the reply that needful shall be done today or tomorrow but the ground progress is a big ZERO.I have sent many emails to [protected]@infotelconnect.com but there is absolutely no response except the auto response. Can someone please tell me how these very simple jobs can be got done from Connect's Executives.Is anyone listening in Connect. How long shall it take for the simple job to be done.Would Connect be kind enough to get back to me.

Broadband Connection — Broadband connections

sir,

This is Suman Bandyopadhyay from belur, applied for a broadband connection, but after 15 days when I went to Belurmoth Exchange they told that they will not interested in this matter, Even the Head of this Exchange Mr Senapoti told that just cancel your telephone & Broadband connection application only because of their work pressure, means they dont want to do their job.I dont know how I will get my connection as soon as possible.My BSNL land no[protected].I want my internet connection in this no for that whatever the procedure is their I did it. but still the problem is creating only that person, Mr. Senapoti.

Hope I will get as early as possible response regarding this problems.

Connection taken on 10 Jan in 799 plan. During installation requested for change to 777 combo usage based plan. Complain no. 15748478. Confirm the resolution on [protected].

i m vikas kumar from bathinda.i am regular customer of broadband with the company of connect.i m fed up from the sevices of the broadband. The broadband troubling so many days.if i contect with the head of the bathinda region about my trouble then they have not give nay good responce to me.they show there attitude.The all bathinda employes which r working in the broadband deprtment they all of bunch of croocks.they dont know how can talk with customer and they dont know how can maintain all the comlaint.They have no responcible for any cutomers.They have not any fear of there senior officers.i m fed up with this company.They always doing misbehave with there cutomers.i suggest u all dont take the broadband connection with this company.thats my suggestion to all.because i have right to freedoom to speek.thats my opinion about the connect company, The bathinda region is so bad deling with all customers i think so they have not sens of humor.thxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx all of frnds who read it.

hfcl — Regarding close the internet connection of

Dear SIr/Madam

I have a connect number with your company on the name of Pardeep Kumar Mittal.My connect number is[protected].I had applied for a net connection 4 months back and that was successfully activated. But now i want to close only my net conection due to some personal problem and when i went to your nearest office of connect named Swiss Communication and talk with Mr Satnam he said he cannot close only net connection and same has not conveyed to me when i bought the net connection that net connection and landline phone both will be disconnected at same time.He said if you want to continue the number without net you have to call on customer care.

I called on customer care and talk with Mr Shushil and he recommend for putting a mail to customer care's id.

So please you are requested to do the neddful in this case and i want to continue my number as well.

Please guide,where should i go or customer should go to close the connection??

sir my complait is about the bill's extra charges.
i am mukesh mogla my no. is[protected] sir bill me har bar 80.Rupees extra add ho kr a rhe hai which is come from the starting of the connection. we r said to the bill delivered person. but they can'not take any action about it. sir plz give us any solution about it.

i want to tell to you that connect is having the worst service and poor customer satisfaction.In december my internet is shut off for about 5 days i used to call customer care they keep on saying problem will b solved within a day but problem is solved out after 5 days they dont bother about the complaints and in this month on 4th january same problem arise internet is not working but as they say problem will b solved in working hours it will not solved yet. such a poor service connect is having .

Threes days before it stopped working. I had filed a complaint by calling on 5050505 connect customer number. They told me that tomorrow a technician will be at your place to fix your net. Next day on 27th a guy came and checked. He told us that the line is dead and he will come in few hours to fix that but he didn't came after that.

On 28th I took the leave from office and call to customer care four times in a whole day. Every time they told me that a technician will be there in few hours but no one arrieved.

Again today on 29th I called to them and they told me same that a technician will be at your place soon.

This is really bad customer support if you have to wait for more than 3-4 days. Still there is no sign of them.
