High5store India — Replacement of the order no: od023709

I have booked an order through high5store.com.
The order id is od023709 - majestic maroon net anarkali suit. The payment was already made through netbanking...And the same order was also received..But
Instead of the specific order id i.E majestic maroon net anarkali suit we received a blue one..I've contacted and i was informed to return the parcel with the original packing..

I returned the wrong parcel through the professional courier with consignment note number knl823891 on 04/07/2015. As on today i.E 10.07.2015 when i check the status i see that the parcel has reached surat i.E their office..

None of the phones nor email id's r replying regarding the status of my return parcel and for the replacement of the order..
