please return back my booking payment of Rs.499/- Hindustan times service is very bad

On subscribing for HT news paper in July 2015 for two Years through IDBI Bank Cheque no.036137 Rs. 1199/-, I never received any coupons from you. On repeated inquiry I was informed that the address mentioned earlier was wrong and they are re-sending it on my address confirmed by me. After few days I got another message on my registered mobile no. [protected] that the Coupons has been delivered tough I have not received it. When I called again after some days I did not receive any satisfactory answer and on top I have been greeted with very RUDE behavior of the call attendant.

I have lost faith on the company and wish to get my money back.

I have not received my Hindustan times cioupns. the money is already deducted way back in May.

i read all comments everybody is unhappy and ur customer care is always busy noboby isfree inspite of it all problms are remains there
well please send me coupons asap otherwise i will not give money to the hawker because i already paid u 499/-

Not received gift worth Rs500

I have not received the assured gift worth Rs500 which was promised during subscription through SMS .Please look into the matter and respond at the earliest.
