Hindware Appliances — Geyser

I have been struggling to get fixed my water geyser for the past 1 month. After multiple follow ups for 2 weeks. The technician visited and said that the geyser has to be replaced. The technician closed the case without the resolution. I followed up again and reopened the case, and this time they closed it by stating the customer did not have a valid bill without even asking me for the bill. I followed up again 3rd time. The technician called up last week and said, there will be 2000 charged for the replacement. Now, when I tried to follow up my case on your FB page and customer care. They said the case is closed and they need to re-open. Why have you been making your customers struggle so much. Please check the reviews of your Hindware application on Google store. All your customers are going through the same pain.
