I bought chimney on[protected], after months o[censored]sage it is not working. I have raised a request to the support team on Jan 2022 amd till now the issue got resolved and there is no proper response from them. we also facing the same problem. Very poor response from Hindware. once in two months they visit they check it and they go without solving the problem. Their answer is that another team will come and repair. This is happenning since one year.
