Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — AC Cooling Problem | |||
Dear Concern, I bought a Hitachi 1.5 ton Split AC from Vijay Sales Noida. It is a split AC and model no. is Zunoh5200f. Since we bought this AC, we are not satisfied with AC cooling. AC cooling is not very effective. We have called Hitachi Call Centre multiple times and they have sent their enginners also but they closed the call without resolving my problem. Last Saturday, Hitachi executive Mr. Yogesh has come and accepted that problem is there. He said that he could not resolve it so Senior engineer will come and he will either fixed the problem or your unit will be replaced. Today, again Hitachi Senior engineer Mr. Praveen has come and said that there is a problem of GAS. As per earlier inspection done by Yogesh there is no problem of GAS. But as Praveen said that these is problem due to insufficient gas so I said ok no issue, fill the gas and check the AC’s performance. Again even after filling the gas Problem could not be resolved. He talked to someone in Hitachi and said that unit need to be replaced as he could not found any problem but AC is not cooling. When I talk to Hitachi again, they said that now a super senior engineer will come and inspect the problem again. Now almost half of the summer has already gone but I could not take the benefit of my AC. If someone can understand the pain of Customer, please replace my unit. I have invested my hard earned money on it and taken loan from Bajaj finance to buy this AC. I have trusted on Hitachi, please maintain that trust. Please reply and do the needful.
