H&m — Amount charged twice

I had to pay twice for the order.

First paid online, then the delivery boy insisted on cash on delivery.
I have repeatedly contacted the customer care regarding this issue and they keep telling me to update bank details.

Even after I update the bank details, the customer care tells me to do the same. I have still not received the refund after four months.

Haven't got a response on this from H&M yet?
it's been almost a month since I posted this, no phone calls, no emails the complaint remains unresolved
