[Resolved]  H&m — Refund not executed

I ordered three items from the company on 09/10/2022 out of which I returned two of them. I received the refund for only one of them. My refund for second item is still not yet received which amounts to 1999/- It was for a blue oversized hoodie.

I contacted them several times and they finally said that the refund was initiated on 22/10/2022 and it would take 7 seven days to reflect in my account. But that has not happened yet. I ask them, they say that I should ask the bank and the bank does not help either in any way. Please look into this. The bank is PNB. They are not giving me any kind of help either. Moreover, they have a really bad service.
