H&m — Extra money taken but not returned when product returned

With respect to Order number
2‌942‌937‌399‌2,
I was asked for 1049 rupees when I received the order,
But when i returned the order they only gave 749 rupees and said the order was only of 749 rupees
I even sent the evidences, their own email telling the money they took, but their customer care wont accept that and will not give me my money back. Please help
