I placed couple of orders in the last couple of months and each one of them has been conveniently cancelled by H&M without any prior information!

Both have been cancelled despite me following up continuously with H&M customer care. They informed me that they will surely deliver them and I’ve been waiting for weeks now and they simply cancelled it and say “sorry”.
This is unacceptable and is the purest form of customer harassment and day light robbery’
I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
I’m completely disgusted with kind of service!
I want to know what exactly is happening and I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS TO THE TOP MOST MANAGEMENT OF H&M!! Was this information helpful? |
