On 15th December 2020 I was trying to place an order via H&M app using upi option when the transaction of Rs.2999 failed but money was debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. I followed up with H&M customer care and they assured over email that the same would-be credited back to my account in 30days.
That hasn't happened and I am yet to get my money.
