1. They sent me the wrong product which is double my size
2. I placed a return request immediately but no one came to pick it up for a week
3. I contacted customer service 5 times every week via chat, mail and phone call and wasted around 30 mins to talk to them and they assured that the pick up will be done but it's been a month and nothing is happening
5. My money has been stuck since a month and i am not getting any value for the same neither the refund
