H&m — Shipment is not getting delivered since 15 days and they are not allowing it to cancel

So, I ordered a jeans on 19th of February. It was written on the website that the standard delivery speed is 2-7 days. So after 10 days I called them asking for shipment details. They said that the shipment has not been shipped and they'll soon do that.
I then checked Delhivery and it says "Pick up Pending". On 23rd Feb 2023 it says my "order was received for delivery". On 25th Feb it says "Shipment not ready for pickup". And on 27th Feb it finally says "Order cancelled by merchant/shipper".

I've complained multiple times and filed a complaint on H&M too (my case number regarding the same[protected]. I've received no updates on it. I also mailed them asking for progress but haven't got any replies on that too. It's been 16 days which is way after the standard delivery limit. I'm not even getting an option to cancel the order. And I want this delivery as soon as possible.
