Holiday Kart Private Limited — Amount paid not refunding nor providing the travel vouchers against amount paid

Hello, I have paid initial amount to Holiday Kart a timeshare company of Club Jiva, and they are not issuing me the travel vouchers nor they are cancelling and refunding back my amount. Hence I would like to take strict action against them so that others can be aware of such bluff company
