I have purchased one georrette kurti last year wherein i didnt like the product as it was completely a different product which was shown on the website. So i raised the refund thinking i would get in a week. But things were way too different. I sent the product on he given address on 24th november 2015 And it was recieved to them on 26th november 2015 @1942hours (Thursday) But whenever i used to call them everytime new agent picks the call and they transfer me to somebody else who only arranges the call back without helping me out. And whosoever calls me they only says that they have not recieved the product and always asks me to send POD which i did it already. I am very disappointed with this company. I would say this is the worst experience i had with this worst company, pathetic customer service, pathetic product
