Dear sir My oder nos:[protected] My oder date: 06/09/14 My complant nos:[protected] My complant date: 10/09/14 My 2nd reorder nos:[protected] My 2nd reorder date: 25/9/14 Dear sir My product Ezy Home Electric Insect Killer selling on date: 06/09/14 by Home Shop 18. But two time faulty product sand me Home Shop18. I have 2nd time product on date: 28/09/14 recived one unit fan not working. It is a matter of same for your esteemed organisation to have brought out such products in the market without proper quality control. It is shocking to find the appliance having faulty wiring system. I am confident that a reputed concern like that of yours can ill afford to lose your reputation and shall get the needful done at the earliest. Yes, it is ture that homeshop 18 now send faulty products to customer. Never buy any electronic products from homeshop 18. I also receive faulty product.

Ezy insect killer that have order from home shop 18 last month but our complaint is that the fan is not working, we also contact the cusotmer care but no respones for that please answer what do do.
