my complain is about one of the casserole in the pack is broken, we get to knw when we open this delivery .custmer service is not responding .whenever we call, they used to told us only one thing that our complaint is on process .you have to wait for 2 days .i am still waiting since 12 dec 2014 .my complaint no[protected] order no .[protected] suborder no[protected] product code and name[protected] complaint no[protected]
