28.05.14: I ordered one Wonderchef Essenza Italiana Induction Dosa Tawa 28cm. Order No[protected]. Sub Order No 79345109. Paid in advance Rs.1, 439/- through credit card.
31.05.14: I received the product in damaged condition. There was no warranty card also. I have reasons to believe that the product did not get damaged during transportation. I believed that the damaged product was shipped knowingly. I immediately complained to their phone number[protected]. I was advised to return the product through Speed-Post.
05.06.14: I returned the product through Speed-Post(EI[protected]IN) incurring an expenditure of Rs.236/-. I informed HomeShop18 Accordingly with full details.
10.06.14: The product was received by the seller.
01.07.14: As of today, after 21 days of the returned goods having been received at their end, I am still waiting for the promised refund of Rs.1, 675/-(Rs.1, 439+Rs.236).
