[Resolved] Home Shop 18 — Received Defective Product and No Reverse Pickup Facility | |||
Worst Service I have ever had @ HomeShop18 @ Order No. HS[protected]... I ordered Borosil 1L and 700 ML Casseroles @ Rs. 854. The 700 ML casserole that I received is cracked... When I registered the complaint no. 94771281, I was told Iwill receive a call and product will be picked up and replaced... I didnt received any call, or email... Even I had to call these guys again to get the defective product picked up.. But they backed out and told me you will have to return the product and then oly they can help me with the replacement or refund... First these guys send me defective product and now they are not ready to even arrange a reverse pickup... Was this information helpful? | |||
