[Resolved] Home Shop 18 — Sent wrong product again and again | |||
I had ordered penta 3g calling tab on 14 august 2015, after 8-9 days I got wrong product and after discussion with company Custer care executive I had sent the wrong product through courier also sent request for right product. But again company sent me wrong product and they said for return. So again I have sent the wrong product to home shop 18. But now they are saying that product is out of stock so they cannot send the ordered product also as per company policy they will not refund my paid money. Now I am feeling feaked by company.
