I placed an order for a table, several weeks passed and no response and finally when i inquired about the product they said that they will check and will let me know. Phone call came and said the product is out of stock. So they will initiate me the refund for the table. I said ok. The amount they have issued me the base amount for the table but the delivery charges they have not issued me yet. So they deduct and issued me the base amount only but not the delivery charges for the same product. what kind of cheating is this? First they list the product which is out of stock without mentioning on the app and takeout the payment including the delivery charges but when they are unable to deliver the product they just refund you the base amount not the delivery charges for the undelivered product.
