Homeshop 18 — Complaint against homeshop18 for sending wrong product twice | |||||
Hello sir, myself punam desai from goa and i had placed an order for khoobsurat heavy emberoidered lehenga sarees by alveera - blue[protected] from homeshop 18 through phone on 2nd of july 2016. my order number was 99631163 along with the tracking number[protected]. i had received the product after paying bill worth rs 1898 including all shipping charges on 8th of july but when i opened the parcel, incase of a blue lehenga saree, i received it in red clour which i had not ordered. later on through customer care support i asked for replacement under the complaint number[protected]. today on 18th of july i received replacement of my product again in a same red colour lehenga saree by alveera. my earliar order number[protected] is initiated under the new order number[protected] and the tracking number is[protected]. after complaining for replacement also i dint got my blue lehenga saree. now again i hav filed a complaint under the complaint number hs[protected]. they say that they vl send a correct product. even i really had a very bad experience from home shop 18 customer care executives as they talk very rudely on phone. they really cheat people by sending wrong products.indian consumer forum is the only option for me which will resolve my problem. plz help me to get my blue lehenga saree as soon as possible. i kindly request to look into this matter and solve my prblm.
