Hello sar i'm vishal modi i'm just buy new phone swipe konnect plus from home shop 18 but i'm just receive phone at my home homeshop 18 box packing is proper but company's swip box packing is open and phone hands free is not in the box after i'm just call to homeshop18 costomer care and ask for product replacement but company not solve my problem and after some days i have face many problem if gone my phone is not charged fully normal call speaker not work even homeshop 18 is not proper response about that my product purchased no is[protected] and regestred telephone is [protected] vishal modi plz help me to resolve this problem

Updated by vishalmodi99 My name is vishal modi im bought swip konnect plus from homeshop18 before im face lots of problem in this prisuct im not recive handsfree box packing is not proper I'm call to his costomer care for replace this product but not product replaced by company not resolve my complaint
