I have ordered a Preethi rice cooker from HomeShop18, order no. #[protected]. They have Delivered a defective product and Accessories missing in the pack. The customer services is pathetic. They are closing the ticket without any action and information. I have raised two tickets, both they resolved without any action. Every time I tried to speak to the customer care, they will come up with different stories. First they said they, I need to send the product back to the dealer and they will send the address through sms. I did not get any address on my mobile. Then after lot of calls to the customer care they said they will send the missing accessories, and I need to visit the service center to fix the defect. But they did not send that. Then after few days they closed the tickets, putting not to send it to the seller. We don't have any address of seller. They did not provide any bill or warranty card. HomeShop18 is completely fraud online shopping portal. I would advise everybody to use this portal. Was this information helpful? | |||
