[Resolved] Homeshop18 — about mine new swingtel sw50+ black mobile phone as replacement | |||
This is not the services expected from Homeshop18 (Network 18). From lodging the comlaint on 15 December 2014 regarding the swingtel sw50+ mobile, 24 days has been passsed but still you could not resolved the complaint and could not satisfied the customer. Do you really think this type of services could fetch you new customers and retain the regular customer ? First you listed the the complaint after 5 days then till date no New mobile has come to me.
