I ordered a cloth hanger from the site homeshop 18but it was damaged so I placed a return for it .Soon after I placed the return I received an email from them that their will be no pickup service provided and I myself will have to courier the product by money to place MUNDAKA which is very far .Due to these reasons I called their helpline and complained to the female executive who received my call she said to me that my money will be returned to me in cheque and the pickup service will be provided within two days.
After few hours the email was again send to me that I have to courier myself.i was really exasperated .I again called their helpline and executive told me that no money will be returned and I will have to courier it myself .I am really annoyed by their rough service.they are not taking the responsibility of their mistake I will be really thankful if you will take an immediate action in this situation .
