Hi there, I have ordered a combo product from homeshop18 but the product was defected, so i request for refund and return the product. It's been 2 months i have returned the product but till now i haven't received my refund amount.. I have provided all the documents my bank statement but there is nothing that your customer care team can do, they are just one thing, we have refunref your money, but i didn't get yet. Your customer care team just making fool of customer they don't have any solution for customer's problem. I am not going to shop again from your company you guys are cheat.
