Hello, I recently ordered Crystal cooktop and cookware combo from homeshop18.com I got the delivery today and I was shocked to find that the cartoon was filled with just newspaper. There were no products inside. Needless to say, I did not pay Rs. 3299 for a cartoon filled with newspaper. Please get my amount refunded.
