Ordered on 03 May - still not delivered. Full amount paid by credit card. Despite several reminders to [protected]@homeshop18.com and also several tickets raised online in their portal, no one has bothered to respond. Also, called up the helpdesk atleast 3 times and the respose was always a standard reply of " we will forward it to the concerned dept". Mr.Sundeep Malhotra, CEO - is this the way an ecommerce company to be run?? Pl. arrange to deliver immediately and ask someone to respond.
