Hello Team,
I Lata Raju Kamble have registered a complaint against a product ie. Roti Maker to your customer care Centre.
The product is not satisfactory. So I want to return it ASAP.
PFA of the invoice for the same.
After having a conversation with your customer care service they gave me the Berg Service Centre Contact Nos. which were unfortunately switched off even during the working hours.
Its been almost 8 days i have register a complaint & haven't got any solution to this problem.
Its a humble request to solve my problem & solve this matter ASAP.
